Monetary Fund Regulations

1. Citizens agree to accept and use the APN digital currency.

2. Non-utilized APN currency reserves are to be held in gold, minus cash reserves held up to 10% of current APN-held assets.

3. Currency spent on building and maintaining the APN economy shall not exceed 25% of currency revenue.

4. 7.7 billion digital coins will be released in three phases. When the monetary exchange becomes active, the allowance of free trade between individuals and entities will be initiated.

5. Currency acquired by individuals or entities prior to the active monetary exchange must be retained by those individuals or entities and will not yet be transferable or used in trade:

-- Phase #1: 2 billion APN digital coins will be made available exclusively for purchase by citizens or for government payments by the APN monetary fund to uphold the currency.

-- Phase #2: A second release of 2 billion coins will be made available for purchase by citizens and non-citizens.

-- Phase #3: Finally, 3.7 billion coins will be made available for purchase by citizens and non-citizens. The monetary exchange will then become active, allowing for free trade between individuals or entities via the APN digital coin. It is at this point the exchange will facilitate a free market economy.

6. The addition of APN digital coins over the initial 7.7 billion must be approved via supermajority of the citizenry of no less than 75%.

9. These regulations can only be amended or changed by a supermajority of the citizenry of no less than 75%.
