Our Beginnings
The APN was conceived by a small and like-minded group of international citizens to cultivate a political and financial economy unique from all the nations of the world in the hopes of challenging humanity to solve the problems of its common existence.

They did this by adopting a model of organization and governance that utilizes the uniquely modern features of global interconnectedness, information networking, consolidation of world knowledge of all ages, and mass technological advancement.
The idea is not to replace the current order of existing governments, but to peacefully exhibit (through the power of suggestion and example) how the international structure and hierarchy may integrate modes of conduct and governance capable of revolutionizing and transforming our way of life on Earth in this new millennium. It is a far-reaching vision which attempts to integrate more directly the will of the citizen with the special gifts and talents of truly well meaning world leaders who are able and willing to organize the collective will into the existing framework of nations. The goal is to harness the transformative nature of change in a way that respects and preserves perennial traditions and values.
